How fast do you deliver?
We always try to keep our deliveries to under 48 hours, however, under normal circumstances, we cannot offer guarantees as deliveries are arranged by an external company.
I made an order & need it cancelled.
As long as the order has not been shipped out of our warehouse, we will be very happy to help. Call us on +00356 79911105 & give us your order number & we will sort it out as best we can.
Can I get a gift receipt with my order?
If an item/multiple items in your order are purchased as gifts, please send us an email on [email protected] with your order number & the list of items for which you want a combined or separate gift receipt before the order is shipped out. Gift receipts items have a 14 day returns policy as per our Refunds & Returns Policy.
I need my item ASAP. Can you help?
Whenever possible, we can try to arrange same day delivery. However, please be aware that this comes at an extra cost which depends on the courier’s real time loads. Please give us a call on +00356 79911105 & we will be able to check approximate delivery times & give you a delivery price. If possible, you will then receive a link or call to track your order after the payment is received.
My order arrived damaged.
Please refuse the item on delivery if the item arrives damaged. The courier will take care of logistics of getting it back to us. However, please send us an email on [email protected] as soon as possible to inform us that you refused delivery due to damage in transit.
Can I receive a receipt for my order?
