What happens if I break my bottle? Pimpant hygiene products come with a secure glass bottle, if you wish. Our bottle is coated with a protective layer that reinforces it and contains any shards in case of breakage. If your bottle breaks, the shards will be contained and your hands will remain safe! Should I clean my bottle between each use? Yes, we recommend washing your bottle by hand between each use. We recommend washing it with hot water, without any detergent, and using a bottle brush. How many times can I reuse my glass bottle? As many times as you like! The advantage of glass is that it's a durable material. You can keep your Pimpant bottle for years. Can I use my own bottle? Yes, you can use your own bottle if you don't want to receive ours. However, since you won't have access to the exact measurements we mark on our bottles, we can't guarantee that the final product will be 100% identical to the Pimpant shower gel as we designed it. How to activate the pump cap? Tip: To activate the pump, unscrew it and then screw it back on in the opposite direction until you hear a small click. Once you hear the click, screw it in the correct direction and all the way!
