How do I use it?	1. Unscrew the ball. 2. Pour the 20g of powder (1 refill) into the bottom of the bottle. 3. Fill the cap with water ( 20 ml ) and pour it over the powder. 4. Shake and let stand for 5 minutes before use. 5. Shake before each use. Clean thoroughly with soap and water between refills.
