Inspired by an ancestral irrigation method, the olla releases water gradually for simple, natural, and efficient plant watering. It is ideally suited for small to medium-sized potted plants in containers measuring up to 30 cm in diameter.

An olla functions as a natural water diffuser: simply insert it into the soil near your plant and fill it with water whenever it is empty. Thanks to the natural porosity of the ceramic, water slowly seeps into the soil, delivering moisture directly to the roots where it is most effective.

This gentle irrigation method works in harmony with the plant’s natural rhythm, providing the precise amount of water needed at the right time. It helps promote healthier growth while reducing water waste and daily maintenance.

Our ollas are handcrafted in Portugal by skilled artisans Ana and Vitor, in their workshop in the Leiria region, an area renowned for its ceramic expertise passed down through generations. Each olla is a unique, one-of-a-kind piece, distinguished by its individual textures, finishes, and character.
